LPP manages the Career Counseling Programme (CCP) for young job-seekers. Under the Programme, trainers from Lahore are charged with the responsibility of improving employment opportunities by giving seminars on the professional method of applying, as well as giving individual consultancy to each candidate.

Capacity Building

Building capacity of institutions and individuals is the cornerstone for creating sustainable change. Through the establishment of Village Development Councils, and Sanitation Management Committees, the organization seeks to empower community residents. Moreover, government officers and other relevant staff is also invited and trained in order to ensure the propagation of LPP’s best practices.
